Don't be a DoDo.

Dodo is extinct because he couldn't change. Don't be this guy.

The problem with most group creativity attempts is that they are reactive – they are trying to solve a problem that has actually become an emergency. It’s driven by an attitude of “Be creative now!” Creativity does not thrive in episodes of survival mode. It needs space, and space is not something our modern business culture encourages.

People Issues

Are you getting enough out of your people & are they working as a team?

Lack of Control

Do you own your business or does your business own you?

Not Enough Profit

Are you getting the rewards for the time & effort invested into the business?

No Growth

Have you hit a ceiling & wondering how to break through to grow?

Loss of Direction

Are your team focused on the vision of the company and how you will get there?

Nothing’s Working

What ever you try, nothing gets you traction.

Creative Problem Solving is the model we use to engage teams in the creative process. This allows them to practice generating new ways to solve problems, using a simple structure and clear language.

Clarify – Identify the challenge

This step includes exploring the vision, gathering data, and carefully formulating the challenges we face in the problem

Ideate – Generate ideas

Exploring ideas using divergent thinking, allowing for the maximum range of creative options, getting everything out of our heads and on the table.

Develop – Bring ideas to life

Moving from ideas to solutions. We evaluate, strengthen and select solutions for “fit” in solving our problem

Implement – Giving ideas legs

Explore acceptance, identifying resources and actions that will support implementation of the selected solution(s).
