Tip Quilter challenges entrepreneurial leadership teams to grow with traction, teamwork and innovation.

Tip has enjoyed a 20-year career as an independent trusted advisor to hundreds of leaders on teams at over 100 companies. Tip helps entrepreneurs gain clarity, because clarity brings freedom. Over these two decades, he’s identified two essential ingredients that drive business transformation: (1) execution is what makes strategy work, and (2) business owners can’t carry the company on their shoulders alone. For their business to scale, they must scale their leadership.

Tip holds a bachelor’s degree from Boston University and a master’s degree in organizational development and human resource management from the University of Illinois. He is a former instructor with the North Carolina Outward Bound School, and an adjunct professor at the College for Creative Studies, where he teaches entrepreneurship and creative process.

Tip Quilter is a teacher, facilitator and coach. He pushes teams to explore new frontiers of possibility, and challenge their greatest assumptions. His specialty is navigating the human dynamics of culture change and developing the creative mindset required to lead that change. This frees leaders to dial-in their passion and Be Great.
